I worked with a project manager to create a script as well as record the audio and screen capture for both of these videos, shown on the Amazon Marketplace internal site for sellers.

Listing Quality

We created this video to introduce sellers on the Amazon Marketplace to the Listing Quality Program, which was intended to help users improve the information included with their listings.

 Product Quarantine

This video was made to help sellers navigate a new feature of Amazon Marketplace. The new feature could cause their listings to no longer be seen in search or browse on Amazon.com, but it also helped improve the listing quality of the site as a whole, so it was important to show sellers how the new feature worked.
