Usually the result of great collaboration is lots of fun, and this page was that indeed. The reporter, photographer and I were bouncing ideas off of each other, brought knitters from the community in, and here we go. Those are my hands and needles demonstrating the basics of knitting at the bottom of the page, with a tutorial that I wrote.
